Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Pineville

The hotel has some sticky carpet, ugh, and the couch looked like it had seen better days, absoultely not acceptable for such a so-called 'hotel. ' I expected an upgrade for such inconveniences, yet was treated like a nobody. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't manage that with how they disregarded my expectations.

The staff were all amicable and excellent.

The location was perfect, at a short distance from Carolina Place Mall.

Especially the cute receptionist. The breakfast was not only delicious but also included a nice variety of options. The room was super clean with thoughtful touches, and the location was perfect for my needs.

A/C unit was quite loud.

the hotel was a nice base for enjoying a great area, close enough to the sports complex, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and pineville and other good food spots. all of the staff was affable and accommodating. the location was great, just a short stroll away from carolina place mall.

The complimentary breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, including fresh fruit and fluffy scrambled eggs, making mornings enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the couch in my room had visible stains that detracted from the overall cleanliness impression.

The room was super clean and super comfortable, with little rose touches on the toiletries-such a sweet gesture. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were attentive, keeping everything stocked. The location was perfect, just minutes from the mall 🌟

I found the duvet cover had noticeable red stains, disturbing. The cleanliness of the couch left much to be desired with visible stains present. Lastly, we had no maid service , quite disappointing.

Carpet issues, such as sticky patches and unsightly stains, could use significant improvement!!! Misinformation about room availability also needs addressing to avoid guest frustration!!!

Recommend it for travelers seeking quality

The room was very clean & the staff were friendly . I was particularly impressed with the breakfast which they claimed was a bit delayed due to vendors, but it was still good when I had it. They started making some real nice scrambled eggs that I enjoyed.

It wasn't the most inexpensive option available, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

Disappointing Reservation Experience but Some Positives

Despite a reservation issue upon arrival, I appreciated the friendly staff who tried to accommodate my family. The hotel's location was convenient for our plans. Future guests should confirm their bookings directly with the hotel to avoid similar issues.

Just a good match for a brief visit in Pineville with fantastic value for money. The breakfast was excellent with various options including fresh fruit and made-to-order items. Definitely confirm breakfast hours. They can vary on weekends.

I had an amazing stay where the cleanliness was great and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, but I noticed an issue with a sewer smell in the bathroom.
